  • Standard delivery time is 3–7 business days within the United States.

  • Expedited shipping options may be available at an additional cost.

  • Delivery delays may occasionally occur due to carrier issues, weather, or high order volume.

Shipping Carriers

  • We ship primarily through USPS, UPS, or FedEx, depending on your location and order size.

International Shipping

  • At this time, we only ship within the United States. (If you plan to expand later, this can be updated.)

Order Tracking

  • Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking details so you can follow your shipment.

Damages and Issues

  • Diamond Shields is not responsible for products damaged or lost during shipping.

  • If your order arrives damaged, please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim.

  • Keep all packaging materials and damaged items when filing a claim.
