Diamond Shields Return Policy

At Diamond Shields, your satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Returns

• You may return items within 30 days of delivery for a refund.

• Returned items must be in new, unused condition with original packaging.

• To initiate a return, please email us at diamondshieldsllc@gmail.com to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns without an RMA will not be accepted.

Refunds

• Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of approval.

• Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

• A 10% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.

• Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
  

Shipping Your Return

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or our error.

• We recommend using a trackable shipping service and keeping your receipt.
